The NFL has upheld the three-game suspension of Matt Jones. He won't play again this season.

Fun while it lasted. Jones went from a possible camp cut to the number one receiver by far on a poor passing attack. He finishes with 65 catches, 761 yards, two touchdowns, and a thoroughly revived career. Jones, entering a contract year, is likely to start again in 2009 and could be undervalued in fantasy leagues based on his abbreviated season. Jerry Porter and possibly Mike Walker will start in his place.

Not only does Matt miss 3 game checks, but he had a big legal bill, and just misses a big bonus for 80 catches. All told the arrest has cost him around 600k so far. Hope it was worth it Matt.

I think "He DID cocaine" would be more accurate. He's currently drug tested more than weekly and per his plea agreement goes to jail if he fails a test.

The NFL should have ruled at least 2 weeks ago. Then I would still be alive in WSL4.
