Matt Jones - Trial Date Oct. 10 (1 Viewer)

If convicted, he could get as little as probation, or possibly 3-10 years in prison. But he's a first time offender, plead not-guilty, and has a good lawyer who claims the drugs weren't Jones'.

So, saying he is convicted, and receives probation, when do you think we could expect Jones to get suspended by the NFL? He would have to last roughly 2 weeks after getting convicted to make it to week 8 for me.

I have serious bye week issues Week 8, and I don't wanna pick Jones up now for nothing, nor do I want to let him continue sitting in free agency.

Other options are Curry, Reg. Williams, and James Hardy. The WR free agency pool is hurting in my league.

My bad. Didn't see the other thread. Delete this topic if you want.

And don't rag on me for ACCIDENTILY starting a thread that has covered the same topics, you Shark Pool elitists.

You remind me of this crazy homeless guy who sat who was always having heated arguments with himself.Good stuff.

I'm sure there will be some kind of suspension. They caught him DOING it

That to me is = to a failed drug test

Was he good at fantasy football? I can't wait for somebody to get upset for me referring to some people on the boards as "elitists". Lol.

I'd just grab Curry and forget about the rest of it. Week one does not a season make, and by week 8 Jones easily could be riding the bench again (Porter returns soon). Curry you know will start and be WR1A or B for his team.
