My gut tells me to play Allen over Ryan this week . I think Allen has only outscore Ryan in 1 week this year so far. I have this bad feeling this is a trap game for the Bills or they might run all day with Gore and Singletary back in the mix. I know the Dolphins D sucks but I feel like Ryan might tear it up this week playing what should have been a good LAR D.  I should also mention its a ppr league and I also have Bills D

I'd play Ryan. Allen does have a great set up but I think they do have other way's they can score as you mentioned with the running game. The Defense could easily score a couple TD's as well. Atlanta is not gonna do much in the running game and they probably won't score on defense. Atlanta against the Rams has the feel of a major shoot out to me. Ryan is good for 300 yards every game and should throw multiple TD's.

Allen could outscore Ryan but I trust Ryan's situation here more.
