I know it's a crazy question on the surface since he is losing snaps as weeks go by BUT he is playing the Bears this weekend who ranks (according to ESPN) 30th against RBs in fantasy. Would you trade now or wait to see if he can give you one more decent to good week? Of course, if he loses more snaps and/or has a rough game, kills his trade value eve more.

Would you trade him straight up for Rhamondre?

Bonus question... if you are all in on trading him now, would you be confident enough trading him to your opponent this week?

Seems like a lateral trade, which is crazy to say about Rhamondre. Id stick with the better offense at this time.
