Considering picking him up & starting him over Hill. Wondering what others are doing in this situation. Do you trust Kolb even though Vick may see some snaps? Evans over at Yahoo says he's a solid buy but I'm not so sure. Here's his writeup:
With Donovan McNabb still ailing and Michael Vick still rusty, Kolb could be an unsung hero for deep-thinking owners in Week 3. The inexperienced backup threw for an attention-grabbing 391 yards and two scores in a lopsided loss to the juggernaut Saints, averaging a respectable 7.7 yards per attempt and completing 60.8 percent of his passes. Andy Reid's offense is pass-centric, but Kolb's breakthrough performance was definitely circumstantial. Still, he's a viable roster candidate in leagues with limited resources, especially this week – a matchup against a hapless Chiefs defense that propelled Joe Flacco's career upward in Week 1 (307 yards, 3 TDs). Kolb, a former second-round pick, has excellent odds of notching 240-260 yards and multiple TDs.FAAB Bid ($100 budget): $3-6
Esp. since many of us seem to have the McNabb/Hasselbeck rib combo. I am going for Leftwich in that league.
