2 busts so far this year. Lamar the more talented but horrible line and coaching does not seem to give him the ball!

Mendenhall is a worse back and by all accounts should backup Ellington, but coach keeps feeding him the ball about 15 touches a game with goal line work.

Mendenhall has better schedule at least to me ROS.

So which would you rather have and why?

How is this the wrong forum. The point is to discuss who is a better own ROS. . Plenty of threads on here about mediocre tight end comparisons. This is one about running backs. Some one might need them asa flex or injury replacement during playoffs and they each have done potential....

If you're starting either of these two down the stretch with byes over, your team is probably terrible and it doesn't matter who you go with.

wow some douchy responses.

This is not my team but rather a theoretical question.

Trade deadline is passed, byes are passed for most. Suddenly deicisions have to be made on where to fill or adjust rosters thinking ahead for playoffs.

These are 2 RB that might be on waivers and might be usable in a pinch if there is an injury. Hence my question.

If you can't follow the rules of the forum, don't post.

Let's pretend for a minute (wink wink) that you're not actually asking about how to manage your own team, and you genuinely think this is a topic of general interest. The problem remains that it's indistinguishable from a thread where someone IS asking about how to manage their own team. If we, as a community, say, "Oh ok, I believe you OP, this isn't really about your team," then everyone would disguise their ACF posts in this manner and the Shark Pool would be overrun with this garbage. So the only reasonable policy is to disallow these kinds of threads. There's a reason that a separate forum exists for these types of questions. Maybe you didn't know that. Now you do.

Is ROS supposed to mean rest of season? Why not just say rest of season? Somehow I can't see the need for an acronym for that statement. Are we getting that lazy?

I think in your original edit you forgot to change 'can' to 'can't'

Theoretically....

why not both?

Fantasy football is about dominating your opponents. And you don't dominate your opponents by making compromises. Don't compromise by choosing one or the other, you say "#### you, I'm starting both". That's what a champion does.
