MFL, 32 team IDP, 3rd year, 3 orphan teams to fill.  $20 annual, first year is covered for orphaned teams.  Rookie draft starting soon.

Will there be an replacement owner draft or will new owners have to take the team as-is? Shouldn't matter either way for two of those teams. The third has a long painful road to haul if it's as-is, though.

Yeah, Philadelphia looks like a really painful re-build.  I'll like to take the Atlanta team.  if that's not available though, I'll take Philly also.
