This game has moved the cut for the Subscriber Contest like .05 points in the last hour. Usually MNF moves the cut a few points. :lmao:

Oof, final playoff spot in my league probably decided just now when Tannehill didn't see Wallace wide open in end zone. Of course, guy only has himself to blame for starting Tannehill over Roethlisberger.

 
Tannehill "played within himself." He managed the game and avoided the big turnover. He didn't try to do too much. He took "what the defense gave him." What a night for Ryan Tannehill in what appears to be an almost certain impressive road win.

I don't know how you call a game that poorly as an O coordinator. I would not want Marty ever to run my team on O. He is dreadful. This game was coached not to lose but you lost and should be embarrassed with that.

Yeah, but what the hell else is he going to do? Call 40 pass plays with a bunch of four-wide sets and seven-step drops for Geno? Even Marty has to know that's a recipe for 3 INTs and a 35-3 loss.

Blame the modern-day NFL ... you simply can't win these days with a bad QB, no matter how well you can road-grade and how dedicated to the run you are.

Bill Lazor gets a lot of credit for Tannehill's improvement from year 2 to 3. Maybe he'll do the same for Smith as the Jet's new head coach in 2015. Lazor has worked under Chip Kelly, in addition to Dan Reeves, Joe Gibbs and Mike Holmgren.

All reports indicated that he wanted to stay with Vick, and Idzik ordered him to play Geno so that he could be evaluated further. That game plan was a clear "#### YOU!" to his GM. 8 throws before the final drive? Vick could have done the same thing.
