Michael Bennett inactive (1 Viewer)

Dunno. He's on the injury report this week as OUT (Hamstring).

Look for a heavy dose of LJ this week.

I guess if you must handcuff then Dee Brown's the guy to have, though I'd almost not handcuff at all.

Bennett is normally the handcuff. He pulled his hamstring last week racing Brian Waters in practice. Wasn't even a drill or anything, they were just screwing around and Bennett gave Waters a big head start. Bennett obviously lost, and pulled the hammy in the process.

Dee Brown will be the backup this week, and probably until Bennett is healthy again. But part of the reason LJ was in the game late last week was that Dee Brown had cramped up, and couldn't take the field. So it was just LJ and the fullback, Ronnie Cruz.

So...yeah, the backups aren't real healthy right now. But Dee Brown is the temporary handcuff I guess, if you have roster spots to waste.

I can wait until Dee Brown breaks onto the fantasy scene and you read about his off season training with BnB was the critical factor in his rise to prominance. :D

"Out indefinitely" per rotoworld:

Michael Bennett (hamstring) is considered "out indefinitely."

Bennett can be dropped in all leagues. Special teamer Dee Brown will take over as Larry Johnson's chief backup but isn't a great fantasy option.
There is a link to an article but you need to sign up to read it.Interesting...
