I read Norton's opinion on defensive players every week and noticed on his IDP rankings that Boulware is not there....I know he has been somewhat of a bust this season but to not be ranked in the top 60 this week against the Rams?? Just curious if this was oversight or there was some reasoning behind it??

This is a crazy assumption. The Seahawks play the Rams this week and Boulware has a sack in his last two games. I see him getting at least one sack and a few PD and tackles.
