You mean like the one where some twit said his life was full because he was married 8 times? Some terrible posts in here. Not sure if they're meant to be an attempt at humor or whatever.

He auditioned for Our Gang but didn't make it but many thought he was in it. Not an intentional Tanner with that I don't believe.timschochet said:No, the one that loved him in Our Gang.T Bell said:You mean like the one where some twit said his life was full because he was married 8 times?timschochet said:Some terrible posts in here. Carl Reiner is still alive, though he had more of a cameo in the movieDamn. I had no idea they were all gone. All of the principals from that amazing cast are now gone.badmojo1006 said:Sid Caeser passed earlier this year. Great movie.
Most of that movie was filmed in downtown Long Beach. My dad's office was right next store on Long Beach Blvd to the hardware store where Sid Caeser gets locked inside.
Love that movie - it was Canon Ball Run before Canon Ball Run and it was better. All of the principals from that amazing cast are now gone.badmojo1006 said:Sid Caeser passed earlier this year. Great movie.
And for Bill.RIP - one of the all-time greats.
Unfortunately, while his early work speaks for itself, I think he's going to be remembered nearly as much for his unpolitically correct portrayal of a Japanese neighbor in Breakfast at Tiffany's.
Yeah, I remember that TV movie. Haven't seen it since it was first on, but I remember him being great in it.And for Bill.RIP - one of the all-time greats.

I knew that was one of those movies that "everyone" was in. But until I read through the link, is didn't realize that EVERYONE was really in it! Even past the principals, it's a Who's Who of 1960s-80s sit-com televesion. All of the principals from that amazing cast are now gone.badmojo1006 said:Sid Caeser passed earlier this year. Great movie.
Olivia de Havilland (b. 1916) and Luise Ranier (b. 1910) are the two oldest Academy Award winning actors remaining. The Golden Age of Hollywood loses yet another and there really are not many left as Eephus posted. Rooney's career however was not all golden as you can read up on.
Born in 1920...think about it.
RIP
RIP, Andy Rooney. One of America's last few iconic links to pre-WWII era America.
I know they're different people, but I never remember my Mickey from my Andy. Sad to see it was this one.
Loved him Black Stallion. But not 60 Minutes.

Seems like I'd look him up on those Dead or Alive sites every couple of years. RIPI don't think this very often, but he was only 93? Seems like the dude has been 90 for a couple decades.
