Pretty good list IMO. I don't see a lot of disagreement between what my list would be and what your list is. Mine looks like:QB1. Vick...Its a bit out there, but his upside is unmatched.2. Brees...That 5 TD game is coming soon, probably not against the Steelers though.3. Manning...I want to put him lower without Clark, but I can't really justify it.4. Rodgers...Losing Finley has hurt, but he's still an elite option.5. Roethlisberger...Congrats to those who were able to be patient and wait for him.6. Rivers...I can't have a guy in the top-5 who's top WR's are Crayton and Buster, even if it is because of injuries.7. Schaub...Fewer attempts are hurting his numbers, but he'll still be a solid starter.8. Brady...Offense is less explosive without Moss, but still enough weapons for Brady to be a quality QB.9. Eli...Nicks has been impressive and Smith is solid, I just can't rank him above the guys ahead of him.10. Cutler...I know, he's got no o-line and mediocre WR's. Still the stats will be there.RB1. Foster...He's for real. Watching him run, he reminds me a lot of Larry Johnson 2004-2006.2. Peterson...Nothing can stop him. Would be #1, except I think the Vikings offense is far inferior to the Texans.3. CJ2k...Probably not hitting 2,000 this year, and his receiving numbers are way down. Still he's a stud.4. Gore...I don't care if San Fran lines up Tim Rattay or Ty Detmer at QB, Gore will still be a top RB as long as he's healthy.5. McFadden...His career path so far reminds me a lot of DeAngelo Williams, who also blew up his 3rd season.6. Jones-Drew...I still believe. He's too talented not to bounce back. He'll drop a 3-TD game and all will be forgotten.7. Rice...Speaking of guys who will bounce back, I think Rice is going to have a solid 2nd half as well.8. Bradshaw...Currently the NFL's leading rusher. Getting pulled at the stripe keeps him this low.9. Best...I love the Lions offense in the 2nd half of the season. Best is a full-time back and a great receiver.10. Charles...Just a hunch, but I think he'll start to be a bigger factor in the 2nd half. KC can support both him and Jones.WR1. AJ...It is tempting to put someone else here, but at the end of the day, I wouldn't trade Andre for anyone. 2. White...Seems to be still getting better as a WR. I couldn't fault someone for having him #1.3. Wayne...Bound to see even more targets with Clark out. People were writing him off way too soon.4. Jennings...Seeing more work since Finley went down. I see him having a huge 2nd half of the year.5. Calvin...Offense is just now getting healthy. I kinda want to put him higher, but I just can't.6. Nicks...He's good, like really good. He's usurped Smith as the #1 and has already become a top WR.7. Britt...He's for real. Teams can't really sell out to stop both he and CJ so its pick your poison. 8. DeSean...Could be higher, but I think he could be eased back in post-concussion. Vick back is a plus though.9. Wallace...Best pure deep threat in the NFL. His targets will rise as the season goes on, in my opinion.10. Harvin...I don't really care who his QB is, the guy is IMO, the best WR in the NFL with the ball in his hands.TE1. Gates...Any other choice makes the list invalid. He's the only TE who'd make the top-10 WR list.2. Davis...Due to injuries to other elite TE's. Davis is really the only guy I considered here.3. Z. Miller...Finally playing with at least average NFL QB's. He's Oakland's #2 option on offense.4. Keller...His production has tailed off some with Holmes back, but I'll predict a lot of the bye week was used to fix that.5. Hernandez...Has kind of become the Pats deep threat post-Moss. The TD's will come eventually.6. Cooley...McNabb really only throws to him and Moss. That makes Cooley consistent, but he doesn't have elite upside.7. Daniels...Just rounding back into form post-ACL surgery. I expect him to be the Texans #2 target from here on in.8. Winslow...I just think the TD's will happen soon enough. Like Cooley he's one of only two guys his QB throws to.9. Witten...Losing Romo doesn't help, but Kitna shouldn't be a disaster. Witten probably loses the least in the aftermath.10. Gonzalez...Still has the ability to box guys out and catch most anything in his radius. Big plays are gone though.

I think Manning is going to struggle with 40% of his starting weapons out.
