Players like ROY, Kitna, BMW, KJ seem to be getting a boost from the arrival of Martz.

If he's offered a HC job next year, can he leave? I know it's a 3 year deal, I'm just wondering if he can get out of it.

I'm a little hesitant to make dynasty moves based on an OC who could be gone this time next year.

i would assume that all assistant coach contracts allow for them to leave to get a promotion elsewhere.

I honestly hope he is offered the DET GM job next year....

I guess it's possible, but I'd say that considering how he screwed up so often as head coach, who would want him as head coach so quickly after he failed? Some guys are just meant to be coordinators and are exceptional at it. I think Martz is one of those guys.
