Mike Peterson (1 Viewer)

What kind of trade value do you think Peterson can bring...interms of a S or CB?
Hold out for an elite player or two if you make that trade at all. In almost all formats DBs are much more plentiful than LBs and Peterson still has good value ...

I agree with Beaumont.I'm 100% certain you could acquire a guy like Dexter Jackson, Fred Smoot, or Shawntae Spencer. :lmao:

A. Wilson, K. Rhodes, C. Hope, S. Jones, S. Taylor, T. Polamalu, & G. Wilson are the only DB's I would even consider dealing for.

Peterson has been going dirt cheap in a couple of my leagues with salaries. Probably due to inexperience + some people being worried about his injury + salary, but I picked him up for pennies on the dollar.

Would you trade for Trent Cole and Eric Coleman both???

Coleman is of now the Jets' starter, but.... his hold on it is tentative. Eric Smith has a shot at beating him out this year. I'm not saying it will happen, but I see Coleman as a risky player to trade for at this point in time. If the Jets get a good cover CB in the draft, Smith could get the nod. He's a better tackler than Coleman, and rumor has it he has a better grasp of how to play in Mangini's scheme. Coleman is a slightly better cover safety, but niether are very good cover men. With an upgrade over Barrett at CB, Mangini may go with the guy that is better in run support, and that would be Smith.

Assuming you're asking me if I'd trade Peterson for Trent Cole + Eric Coleman, the answer is no.
No way I would do that. T. Cole had a nice year last year, but with J. Kearse coming back, I don't believe T. Cole will have the same impact this year. he is overvalued at this point I think. E. Coleman is an average DB at best. K. Rhodes is the man there.
