Have M Williams on my trade block (16 team PPR dynasty) and someone has come knocking.

Would asking for Engram, Fant, or Gesicki be too much? (1.5 PPR for TE)?

Really no solid idea of his value.

My value indicators has Engram higher than Fant, but I don't trust him with the injuries he has had.  I would lean for Fant as I have him valued higher than Williams also.  Gesicki would be selling Williams too low.  I can see if Engram would be your choice also.

Fant is in one of the most crowded looking receiving corps in the league. 

No doubt a good player but would you bet on him earning a notable target share with that stable of pass catching backs and wrs?

I like Williams over any of those TE's but if you are set at WR and need a TE I would do it for Engram.
