Mike Williams (1 Viewer)

I have Mike Williams in my dynasty league. I have to have my keeper list in by next week (we can keep up to 15 out of our 20, but can keep less - which I plan on doing already). From everything I've been reading lately I'm thinking I need to drop him. Is this guy really in danger of being cut or do you think everything is just being blown out of proportion and he'll be okay?

It's a 16 team league so it's already going to be pretty thin at all positions during the FA draft which is why I'm thinking I might need to still hold on to him. Here is who I have right now (* for definite keeper):

QB

Plummer *

Warner *

Cutler *

RB

Steven Jackson *

Chris Perry *

Arrington *

Shipp

WR

Boldin *

Chambers *

Randle El *

Charlie Adams

Jerricho Cotchery

Shaun McDonald

Brandon Williams

Mike Williams

TE

Witten *

Kinney *

I already dropped my K, Defense and a WR. Starters are 1 RB, 2 WR and 2 Flex.

If you drafted this guy with a #1 pick, then you either need to hold and hope or sell on the cheap to reclaim some value. Considering you are going to get hammered via trade because everyone else is reading the same information, I would plan to carry him for another season.

Should the #1 member of Mike Williams fan club be in your league...trade Williams immediately. This coming from a Lions homer.

I got him with 1.9 (or something like that) in an IDP dynasty league last year. I'm going to keep him and hope he does something respectable sometime, like how Plaxico Burress has become more reliable.

 True dat, whodat

Williams might be a huge bust, but the kid has potential, you can't just cut him.

Rotoworld.

Mike Williams saw reps with the first-team offense Friday.

Good to hear he and Charles Rogers are working their way back up the depth chart. Williams was able to see action with the starters because Corey Bradford had cramps.
