This is a real life example of something I really really hate. Charles is not acting crazy, he is simply explaining what is happening to the 911 dispatcher. I certainly think he is about as calm as you are going to be in that situation. Sure the McDonald's and just moving into the area stuff is not needed but who cares? The 911 dispatcher should have just taken the information and not said "You need to calm down"...I hate when I am not raising my voice but trying to correct someone or the situation and someone starts with the "calm down" stuff.

I feel terrible for the women but this thread is not about them anymore, it's about Charles, dud is total money, someone needs to jump in and get this man a microphone and a cameraman to walk around with him. 1st show should be a weekly news magazine called Cleveland with Charles.
