MJD to Oakland is close (1 Viewer)

One of the better potential landing spots remaining. If he has anything left in his legs, he could be a decent redraft depth play.

People will look at this and think RBBC, which it might well end up being. But a healthy MJD is exponentially better than a healthy McFadden.

Oaktown 3.57 (over/under on the Raiders YPC next year).

I don't know what Oakland wants with a Rb pushing 30 and has a ton of carries.

Most fantasy people wouldn't care for it but I thought MJD to Denver may have been a sneaky good play for their run.

To go with average 30ish wr and used pretty good 30 something qb?

Rotoworld:

Raiders OC Greg Olson indicated he envisions Maurice Jones-Drew as the team's best inside runner.
He's also the Raiders' best pass-protection back, and for these reasons we expect MJD to emerge as Oakland's lead runner ahead of Darren McFadden. "Maurice Jones-Drew plays like a big back," said Olson. "... He’s got such a low center of gravity. He’s extremely difficult to tackle because of his height and his power. He’s got ridiculous power in those legs. And he’s hard to see with a big line. He’s hard to see coming out of the line of scrimmage."
