That's a bummer. I REALLY liked my LU with Toronto playing.Cancelled. In general, I don't love him for dfs because I don't trust the K's to be there. The Jays are also desperately keeping away from RH heavy lineups (Yankees in particular).
I think I hate my lineup tonight but I scrambled with the Jays out. Basically the SPs I like with a platter of Mets/Phillies/Rockies

I did a 20 person 50/50 tonight, Degrom is 85% owned, Snell 80%. I'm 14th with those two tearing it up and my Keuchel to come, so if he's solid, I'm fine there. Nice! I still don't think to do the 3mans with the weird things like the arcades and pick 'ems. Might have to look at those too.
Just listened to the podcast and they said that it's 325 down the line and 375 straight out and it will be 80degrees or so.
That was my main list too. Seattle doesn't seem to hit what McCullers throws very well either.

I think we had this discussion a bit last year too, and I am the opposite. I love gpps on big slates like this because it spreads out ownership and you get most of what you want at <10%. I don't think I had many players at all in my lineups that were over 10%. Not that a ton hit, but still the idea is there. I just find it frustrating when you are in a small slate gpp and just about everything you have is 50-60% owned.Raging weasel said:

I guess I'm rolling with Triggs and Happ for the early games, I don't really feel great about it but, Hamels doesn't feel worth paying up for. I really don't like Kennedy/Gasuman/Boyd. Any thoughts on Zach Davies with the Brewers?
I looked at Davies. I think I threw him in one of the LUs for something different, but didn't love it.
None of the options look amazing - Triggs and Happ probably the safest bets like you said. Actually looking at Gausman's stats and looking at Det's whiff % vs. his pitches put me on him a tad more.
I feel like Gausman starts either seem him pitch into the 8th with 7-8K's or get knocked out after 4, his game log from last year backs that up, just too much variance but probably a decent GPP bet.
Last year I kept stacking Jay's and Bos vs him and he shut them down every time. If Miggy is out I was thinking of going with him today.
For sure just in gpps. I just tend to force myself to look elsewhere on these smaller slates. Feels like at first glance its play Triggs/Happ and start Oak, Toronto, Milw-Lefties. If most of my bats and ideas are going along with that, I will take a stab at a different SP or two. I think of my 6 LUs, at least one if not both of Triggs/Happ are in all of them, but then I sprinkled in Gausman in a couple, Davies in one, Kennedy in one.
Forgot about Balt. Most of my bats are from those 1st 3 teams with a sprinkling of Tex and Toront. I figured if we all are doing this it will be popular, so I tried for what I thought would be low % guys like Valencia, D.rob(texas), lower order Milw guys like Villar/Perez, etc.

Yeah, not for any particular reason though. My gut says 3 games in 24 hours will favour the SPs, so I'm just using Happ.

I had one with Lowrie and Olson that apparently eeked into the bottom amount to cash in the GPP (I completely gave up on it, but that game just kept going...), so I wasn't a $0 for the day but I lost a fair bit.
