I may have been a little premature with that. Although at the time they had less votes then Milwaukee.

If Detroit gets Boston, they'll go to the Series, because they'll sweep them round 1. If they face actual competition, they'll probably win in 4 o 5, burning Verlander, pushing him back to Game 3 of the ALCS, I'm picking NY against my better judgement, I hate to actually pick them, as a fan and the pitching, starting with CC frankly, not just the guys after him, is a concern. But I'm starting to believe in the pen, and I think Grandy and Cano actually can hit good pitching which guys like Tex and Swish can't do.

In the NL, I'm going dark horse selection of Milwaulkee even though Marcum concerns me. But that front 4 is not as good as Philly but they can play with them. Prince will be making a contract push, Braun is hot and Tony Plush is Tony Plush.

Wouldn't it be something if Tampa Bay and St. Louis made it? The two teams that were almost out of it at the beginning of September. It would make quite the story. Although, as a Tigers fan I'm not rooting for this.
