It hit Hill on the hands, so it has to be on Hill. I don’t see how that doesn’t get changed.
If a team has a definitive offensive identity/scheme.....they really should get a backup QB capable of executing the most essential part of that identity. You really wouldn't want Joe Flacco backing up Lamar Jackson....and and any team that has Tyreek and Waddle should at least have a QB that can chuck a ball.

We just got thru with a replay on a punt return that was a fumble and then not a fumble, I'm still confused on what the rule is and what they were actually discussing
Then it took 5 minutes to get a simple illegal shift penalty called and marched off
6-3 and one of the worst 30 minutes of football you will ever watch
