**Monday Night Football - Vikings at Bears**(+1.5, 43.5) 8:15 (1 Viewer)

In theory, if the first contact is to the ball, and not the player, would it not be a fumble?
Thats what I'm saying, the dumb dumb ref in the booth is saying he was down by contact, I never saw a Bears defender touch him until they popped the ball out
I still think it was a catch and fumble

Was Loveland over Warren a drafting mistake? Forget about system, always draft BPA.
My opinion before the draft was that Warren looked a LOT better after the catch in college.

Loveland could be a great NFL TE, but maybe not as exciting a fantasy asset as Warren.

His knee was down when he punched it though...even if he touches not one piece of the player Im pretty sure that counts as down by contact

Apparently. But is shouldn’t ought to be so.

Absolutely it should be so...touching his hair or a loose piece of his uniform is. If the ball is firmly secured in his hands, then touching it should count just as easily as a lock of hair or a loose piece of t shirt

This is embarrassing Nailor leads the team with 28 yds receiving and Hock is the only guy with more than 1 catch, 2 for 6 to be exact. At leat in FFPC leagues that's 3.6

Swift is looking…….dang….what’s the word I’m thinking of…….

Help me guys. What’s another word for fast and quick?

Ben Johnson is pissed because his QB refuses to throw to his first read. And i bet he knows they are open.

If one if you guys can post a film breakdown of the All 22 by tomorrow morning it would be appreciated.

They keep talking about how well Caleb has played, but Ive seen a lot of missed throws (I missed the first half though)
I bet Caleb wants that one back.
I've seen at least 4 or 5 passes (just this half) that were off target. I know he had guys in his face on several of them, but they were not a couple feet off but a couple yards. Stand in there and deliver if you wanna impress me

I wasn’t arguing with you. I don’t think Caleb is very good, but he looks much better to me than I anticipated. I expected him to look like McCarthy has looked tonite. He has looked serviceable.

How many years before the RB position no longer exists. For speed put a WR in the backfield. For power runs put a TE in the backfield. No reason you can't call some of these scat backs WRs. Then add 1 TE and 3 WRs to the roster. Or beef up other places.
And how does one replicate Derrick Henry?
Okay, okay, okay... Put a WR on a TEs shoulders... NO, three legged race with a TE & a WR... I'm into something here. WAIT!!! Feed mayonnaise to tuna fish!

Yes, Caleb is winning the QB battle.

This is a MOP thread. Careful with the tuna references.
