This fall, I think I'll focus on some overlooked scotch-based cocktails. I've already enjoyed making a much drier Rusty Nail with Black Grouse. I might try to find my ideal Rob Roy recipe.

Im partial to the old school Goya ginger beer. If you like a stronger ginger which I do, this is the shark move. I also prefer soda out of a glass bottle v. a can.

the tavern i go to does not have copper mugs so i guess i am probably just behind the times and should stop making fun of this thing but the truth is i just like beer i like beer because i like how it tastes and it feels pretty damned good to put one back after a hard day of work and to me the first question they would ask you in hell is what kind of fruit beer do you want i just want a beer made with hops and with alchol in it that is it so hey brohans live and let live and you bromigos keep on slugging them back but this stuff out of a fancy cup with extracts and concentrates and juices and aromas and all that jazz it just is not for the old swcer but hey good on you guys and i will stop being a jerk take that to the bank brohans

i like beer too swc but I also like getting a buzz on and sometimes in certain company it doesnt go over so well if Im downing 8 beers so i just pour myself a nice vodka and something or sometimes a moscow mule or maybe even a white russian and it allows me to pour a real stiff drink that can get me buzzing without looking like a lush i know you will understand cuz you are a solid dude keep drinking your broweiser
