Moss & Witten Value (1 Viewer)

Should I shop R.Moss and/or Witten? Both inconsistent. What in return?
I think you gotta stick with moss unless you can get an andre johnson or marques colston like player in return and i was also thinkin about buyin low on witten this week cause the guys gotta come around eventually with opposing defenses having to respect the strangely incredible miles austin the middle has to open up sometime. So id prolly hold onto both. What you would get for witten isnt good enough rite now unless someone has blind faith like me

I know how you feel, the two of them are killing me this year too.

Theres no way you can drop Moss, hes too good. I cant imagine there is someone out there on your WW that is worth dropping him for anyway. Witten is a particularly frustrating case because he really isnt outperforming the waiver wire guys. I really want to drop him but will likely sock him on my bench for the rest of teh year instead or try to trade him. Fortunately I have Vernon Davis though (who I have yet to start... ugh) so it makes it a lot easier.

The Witten fruration is being felt everywhere. I just had an owner in a 12 team redraft drop him for Heath Miller. Needless to say, i will be bidding on Witten this week to replace Winslow. (nice start, but QB situation is BRUTAL) Witten has to come around in the Dallas offense. I still believe he is their best option once peole start to shut down Austin. ROY will never be the threat dallas thought he would be in my opinion. Not sure my opinion has much wait around the NFL though.

Witten is playing the Eagles this week. Check TE stats vs. Philly....his value is sure to go up Monday morning. Could be a good 'sell high' opp.

Not considering dropping Moss or Witten. Been offered Vjax, Shiancoe & Hightower in exchange for Moss, Witten & Stewart.

I traded Slaton for Witten this week as I had some RB depth anyway. Needed to find another TE after Cooley went down (Z. Miller was my backup) and I feel that Witten will bounce back now that Austin is stepping up and becoming a legitimate option in the passing game. Should leave more room for Witten to operate and make plays (hopefully).

This is correct the eagles D is very good in coverge except the TE Witten should have a very good week 8/80/1 look for him to be the cowboys shinning star. Wont be near enough .Eagles 31Cowboys 20

acquired Witten this week basically for Olsen and VY - total deal was VY, Olsen, Roach for Witten, Adalius Thomas and Roy Williams (S). I'll likely drop Roy and Thomas eventually

Guess it's time to sell low
While his stats weren't flashy, he did lead the team in receptions with 7. Overall, a very average day for a FFL TE.
