Most Injury Prone Players! (1 Viewer)

Murray has shown he manages to get hurt every year. But the cake goes to Ryan Matthews, why does he even play football? I figured we needed a thread to vent about often injured players who are hurt more than they play.

Question is really, has anyone seen a more injury prone player than Matthews in recent years?

Is this type of player who we all know will get hurt and will cause a wasted roster spot more than not, even worth a roster spot next year on a fantasy team?

Sam Bradford
Jake Locker

RGIII

Brian Orakpo

Lamar Woodley

Jordan Cameron

Jimmy Graham

Gronk

All have had multiple injuries, with some being serious.

My top 3 are:

Sam Bradford
Jake Locker

Jonathan Stewart

At this point we don't even know if Bradford is a really good QB. he's never around long enough to tell. pretty sure Jake blows. Stewart displays elite running skills and then gets that dreaded hangnail and he's out for a month.

Here. Let me check my dynasty roster. OK. I got:

Ahmad Bradshaw, Andre Ellington, Rashad Jennings, Stevan Ridley, and Roddy White.

Julio and Gronk are two of the most reckless players in the league. Zero regard for their bodies when they are out there. Never shocks me when they get banged up.

Matthews gets my vote.

Murray has been an iron man this year.

How can you even put him in a conversation that says injury-prone!?
Agreed! What a joke to start the thread by mentioning him. Freak injury and he's still in the MVP convo
A joke? Lets see how much of a joke it is, shall we?

2011 ended on IR with an ankle.

2012 missed 6 games with a foot.

2013 missed 2 games with a knee.

2014 had surgery on broken hand.

4 years in the league, 4 years of major injuries, stupid me for thinking he is injury prone. Its OK, you just got owned. Do your research you wont be as embarrassed next time.

So the guys that have been injured are the guys that are injury prone? Got it. Funny how that works.
But remember its a joke to mention a guy who has been hurt or missed games in each year he has played as injury prone because he is having an MVP season.

A broken hand that may not cost him any time is a major injury? I think your definition of "major" should probably be adjusted. And just an FYI, last year with that "major knee injury" that kept him out two weeks, Murray had nearly 1500 yds and 10 TDs while this year he is over 2000 with 11 TDs. The real embarrassment here is that you think you "owned" somebody due to your amazing research.....

Seriously? I provided a injury every year of good length before this year in which he just had surgery. A doctor once told me any surgery is major surgery it is the procedure within that can be considered minor.

The embarrassment is people like you not knowing what injury prone means yet having strong opinions like calling a comment a joke. Injury prone has nothing to do with season stat total, it has to do with if a person consistently gets injured year after year. The fact that has to be explained says a lot.

Way to try to mock my "research" which proves he is injury prone when all you did was attempt to troll in your first comment in this thread. :golfclap:
