Most Likes Ever? (1 Viewer)

Eephus's Great Great Great Love Child
Two part question, and I'll hang up and listen:

1.  Who has the most likes on this board?

1a.  Who has the best like to post average?

2.  What is the most liked post ever on this board?

You'd think with the fancy new board we'd be able to find this out.

Oh, and I already PM'd Shuke so there.

I think ClownCausedChaos has the best ratio.

Pretty sure Raider Nations post calling Phenix a loser had around 150 likes

To answer a question you didn't ask, Fantasycurse42 is the most liked poster on FBG.

How about most likes per post?
I started a thread about this and as FC pointed out I think CCC2 had the best of people who posted.  But, as people pointed out it wasn't really a great way to judge it because likes were not around for a long time so long-time posters didn't have the proper ratios.  You want my opinion, Tufnel would be the winner of this if likes started from the beginning.

There's gotta be someone out there that's only posted once and got a like or two on it.

How about most likes to a single post?

But otherwise, this sounds like a question only attention-needy snowflake Millennials would be asking (Damnit! Just can't shake the habit this week!)

Pretty sure the answer to what has most likes should be a tie between The Mans Joe Bryant is like the old testament post and GPJ's post to Ozymandias telling him Jesus got a three day ban.

But what should be and what is doesnt always jive

Before the upgrade, you could find this info from a direct link on the main forums page. Thank goodness the new board has made it easier than ever to not be able to find a damn thing you're looking for.

three days? You know who else was "banned".for three days?  Jesus. And he didn't make some crybaby post about it,  he smashed through a gigantic boulder and flew up to heaven.

A couple posts that would have garnered quite a few likes are the Harrison Stevens all-sports challenge and also IT=INFO. Also, the original point-to-the-shirt post probably would get a bunch, as often as it was bumped.

Is this the thread where a bunch of middle aged guys that hate millennials because they need constant positive reinforcement and are obsessed with social media come to talk about who got the most likes on their message board?

No, we're here to reminisce about good, quality posts back when we had good posters. You know, some Tufnel, Pickles or Smoo, with the occasional Studs & Duds. Back when the intellectual heavyweights like Maurile and Scooby tussled with worthy foes like Crosseyed and Larryboy. Back when posts were typed with an actual physical keyboard and posted with the click of a real mouse. Posts you savored and appreciated.

Basically, what I'm really trying to understand is why in the heck people hold fantasy drafts earlier than week 3 (at least) of the preseason? It doesn't make any sense to me and I'm baffled by those that use the excuse that they couldn't wait. Just, why?

Typical guppy.

Waaah, waaah, you cry, this game is too hard!

Sorry son, but I don't have to dumb down The Sport just so noobs like you have a chance at keeping up.

I play in a $4,000 entry, Super-WCOFF, triple-reverse, double down, mirror league with a modified PPFDR base 8 scoring system, and we just held our draft in July. For the 2013 season. You think Matt Barkley getting the start in USC is news? I drafted him after studying up on him, after he signed his letter of intent, last year. You think that maybe going with a WR in the first two rounds instead of back-to-back RBs is somehow new thinking in fantasy? Well, do you have the balls to do what I did this year when I didn't take my first RB until the fourth round (Roderick Smith, Harding High School of Indiana)? You've probably never even heard of Martavis Bryant, Kyle Prater, or Darius White, yet not only did I draft them this year to form my future WR core, I've also started referring to them by fantasy board nicknames (Super Mart, KPrater, & DoubleDarius). Hell, guys like you are going to be the poor schmucks who are searching this board five years from now for info on some great RB you just heard of out of the middle of nowhere in Alaska, and the FBG search result box is going to come up with this very post, where I brag about nabbing Isaiah Weeks of the Monroe Catholic Rams at the 25.32/26.01 turn a full two months before he lit up Delta Junction for 193 yards/2 TDs or Ketchikan for 183 rushing yards, 55 rec yards, & 2 TDs. You'll be wondering about his durability and I'll remember a phone call I made back when you were just hearing the name "Knowshon Moreno" for the first time to the kid's doctor in Fairbanks about the sprain he suffered in his left ankle in 2008.

Let me give you a tip, IT = INFO, and there's no "expires by" date on it.

Pretty sure the all sports challenge was the Magnificent *******

Technically, it's social networking.

I wish I had four hands ...

so I could give you "four thumbs down".

Often I'll stand naked in front of my full-length mirror, and if for some reason I'm not already fully erect (which is rare), I'll just visualize my amazing likes-to-posts ratio.

Then I unwrap my special hollowed-out cucumber, spray some Pam in there, give 'er a few pumps and I'm snoring within 2 minutes.

There should be an asterisk for likes received in the GMTAN thread. That is nothing but a circle jerk like fest of low quality posting.

ETA: No I am not a GG alias.
Can't think Tommyboy has five likes outside of GMTAN, so you may be onto something here.
