Are those things even cheap enough that some one would be just handing them out? I agree that I wouldn't think anyone would do it anyway, but I'd imagine the expense alone would be a deterrent.

one year my old man got all boozed and decided to hand out knuckle sandwhiches and hurts donuts some six year old would show up and he would say you think your better than me all slurry and then challenge him to a fight it was great right up until the coppers showed up take that to the bank brohans
