Burress and consistency haven't really gone together that long. Housh is a great choice. Hines Ward's numbers keep falling, I think if he were in Cincinnatti, he could post similar #s to Housh.Wes Welker...is he White? I've yet to hear savvy vet, great route runner etc.Derek Mason. Before the season, he was going to be supplanted by Williams, in ppr, he's got more points than T.O.I think Laverneus Coles is one of the best receivers in the league, and he doesn't get mentioned a ton.

i don't think it's so much much that people underestimate plax's talent or situation. he's huge, catches everything, and eli throws to him very often.it's just that alot of people feel like they've seen this rodeo before. plax starts off on fire, making everybody wonder, "why did i pass on this guy until the 4-5th round?". for the past few seasons, he's done this, and then fell apart for whatever reason (injury, eli falling apart, etc.).the hesitation isn't b/c of his talent, it's b/c people are apprehensive about being burned, like many that traded for him in years past have been.

Since the start of last year, the connection between Eli and Plax are #1 in the league for TD's - they have 18 touchdowns since the start of last year, Palmer and Housh are next at 16, then Romo/Owens at 14.

Easy....Its Andre Johnson.I have no doubt that talent wise this guy is in the top 3.
Guy was a probowler last year so I think he does get at least some recognition. I agree with Housh... he's certainly one of the best WR's in football but is never mentioned with those guys. He may very well be better than CJ.

Burris has always had the talent, but he has been hurt and lazy. With his good start lets see if he can keep it going for 16 games.

What's amazing about what Plax has done this year is that he's doing it without practicing at all and missing all of presason/camp.

I think Braylon Edwards needs to be mentioned here as well.

Braylon Edwards doesn't qualify. He was one of the most likely breakout 3rd year WR's on everyone's list. Wasn't underrated - just had to learn the pro game

I attempted to trade Burress for Lee Evans after week 1 when Burress had his 3 TDs. I thought that I'd buy low, sell high like everyone always recommends, plus I was worried about Burress' ankle.

Glad that trade offer got rejected!

Lol so everyone thought Braylon would breakout with that qb situation in preseason and camp? He wasn't on my list.

Plax has been in the league 8 years, has 3 / 1000+ yard seasons and has scored 10 TDs once. That is not consistently good, maybe consistently bad!

+1Housh is on pace for a MONSTER year.
As a Bengals fan I have to agree. Ocho Cuatro is superior and he's amazingly tough (always goes over the middle).I think Amani Toomer might fall into this category at this point as well.-QG

I'm netural but about Housh.... Chad sucks up 2 of the best secondary guys, Housh is still clutch im just saying.Right now I think Deion Branch is the most under-rated receiver. Prior to injury take a peek at his stats.Branch is a true WR1
