My team is 0-3 this season, any advice regarding trades, adds/drops would be highly appreciated. Thank you

QB: Baker Mayfield

RB1: David Johnson

RB2: Kerryon Johnson

WR1: Deandre Hopkins

WR2: Stefon Diggs

TE: OJ Howard

FLEX: Damien Williams

K: Mason Crosby

DEF: LA Chargers

BENCH: , Sterling Shepherd , Daniel Jones, Carlos Hyde, Josh Gordon, Christian Kirk, Matt Breida

UPDATE: I added TE Will Dissly off the waiver wire to replace OJ and traded Baker mayfield and Matt breida to receive new QB Philip Rivers

It depends, to some extent, on what your scoring system is (TD only, standard, PPR, half PPR, etc.).

Not sure your roster additions helped much.  Rivers is a bit of an upgrade, but the TE move is pretty much a wash (although Dissly's value should go up now that Vannett is gone).  Watch the Footballguys top 200 forward, and swap out players that are higher ranked for those that are lower.  You can also use the Rate My Team feature to get some ideas about upgrading your team.

you won't transform this team overnight.   Your core is decent.   You need to win now.  I'm sure A. Peterson is on your waivers.  He plays the Giants, then Miami.   Get him & start him.  Start Kirk also.  Diggs is on a team that is not throwing the ball so he sits for now.   D. Williams is getting close to you dropping him.  All I can offer for now.

For this week put Dissly in for Howard. Jones should be your QB imop. Obviously Williams should be out,I'd drop Shepard in his place. I'd play Gordon over Diggs this week.

Do these things my friend and you will be 1-3 after this weekend.
