Traded Buehrle, Keisler, Vanden Hurk and Garciaparra for H. Matsui.

The old trade quantity for quality deal. Plus took advantage of Matsui going to D.L.

Play in Head to Head pts league. Not roto. 12-team league start 6 hitters. Position does not matter. Matsui 12th ranked hitter in 2005 in my scoring system.

Not a peep from my leaguemates.

I like Buehrle though. Innings and wins go a long way in our points system. I drafted him expecting a rebound. But Keisler, Hurk and Nomar are all players I could conceivably drop soon. Basically getting Matsui for Buehrle is yummy.

I wouldn't get too excited...I would think that you could fill a 6 hitter lineup with better bats than Garciaparra and Matsui in a 12 team league. Well, Matsui probably deserves a spot when healthy, but I would assume everyone's lineup is pretty much filled with "studs" or at least solid contributors.
