My top 10 Rb's (1 Viewer)

I love lists that are based on facts, show supporting data an rationale for decision making. Much better than those crazy lists that some people make that are just hunches and Ouija board farts.

1) A. Peterson2) Westbrook3) LT4) Lynch5) Portis6) Addai7) Bush8) FWP9) Barber10) Jacobs/ T. Jones
How do you justify Addia ahead of Barber? I can't agree with FWP ahead of Barber either.
I'm worried about touches for Barber. I still thik his td #'s will be high but I think he's gonna start sharing it with Felix alot more quickly.Addai is in a high power offense and will be fine once the rust gets off Peyton. Chicago has a good d, I'm not getting down onhim after ne bad week. Saturday's coming back soon also.

looks about right to me, but of course, this is assuming everyone stays healthy. I would move Barber way up if you're not factoring in the injury prone factor, and I would also move Jacobs up, while moving Portis down to about 10 and FWP around 10 also. Chris Johnson should hover around but not yet...

Replace Addai and Bush with Turner and CJ, and you will be alot closer.

ETA, Jacobs/Jones has to go as well, replaced by Gore.

Why do you have Barber so low??

As a Portis owner, I like the top 5 ranking...not sure its warranted though. ALthought I do see him getting a TONN of touches.

Chris Johnson down?
Let's see how consistent he is first
Im gonna go out on a limb and say he'll be in your top 5 next week.
If you were drafting this week how many RB's would you take ahead of him?
Good question - mabey 6 or 7.

Wow, 1 game gets him into the mid 1st. I like what I see from him, but think that is too big of a jump.

If he stays healthy, I think he's a lock for top 10 this year. His situation is perfect and he's obvisouly got the talent.

So now Chris Johnson is gonna have a better year than Addai? Are you guys insane?
Not really. Don't you know that half of the consensus top 10 at the beginning of the year won't finish there?I'm not saying he'll finish ahead of anyone, but what I'm saying is he's got a great shot at top 10 if he stays healthy.

If liking Johnson over Addai this year makes me insane, then yes, i am insane. I didnt like Addai before the season started, nothing that happened in the first week changed my mind. I will be sure to bump your post in 4-5 weeks when my insanity turns to genius.

Where's Michael Turner
No kidding, people are talking about Chris Johnson as a top 7-8 guy but Turner is nowhere to be seen? Willie Parker ahead of Turner? I don't get it.Ryan Grant is another guy that isn't getting the proper respect. Hell, I'd take Grant over Portis, Bush and...maybe its easier if I do a top-10.1.LT2.Westbrook3.Peterson4.Addai5.Barber6.Lynch7.Grant8.Turner9.Gore10.Jackson

If you're not going to let one bad week affect your rankings (which appears to be the case with your Portis ranking) then how do you account for leaving SJax off the list? If you're going to change things drastically after one week then why is Portis still on the list?

Where is Turner? LBJ?

It's your list but from how I see things it's not a consistent one.

Pretty good list . . .

We get it. Chris Johnson is your boyfriend. Go talk about him somewhere else, he is not even close to a first round pick yet.

Not for guppies.

1.LT

2.Westbrook

3.Peterson

4.Addai

5.Barber

6.Lynch

7.Grant

8.Turner

9.Gore

10.Jackson
Why would you have those 2 on here. GB showed they want to get other people the ball. Also I don't care how talented Jackson is, which I think he is, his offense is horrible. As for Turner, I don't believe in ATL for the whole year. I will be shocked that after another week (in Tampa) he'll have as good of a showing but he could.

Relax toolbox. And please continue to pick off of your magazine top 10 each year, guys like myself need guys like you in our leagues.

LT didn't have a great game....would you knock him out?Portis looked good and I still believe that team can run due to a great o line. I'm a Rams fan living in STL and I'm here to tell you he is in for a long season, probably a coach getting fired mid season and Pace already injured. It is going to be a long season for Jackson owners'. Like I've said earlier Turner could be the surprise of this year but if I were drafting right now I wouldn't take him over the other people I have listed.LJ just plains sucks

Me too I guess. I also think Turner needs to be on the list.

Was in a hurry last night so I didn't get to list explanations that helped make my descion making on these players. However since you are so quick to criticize me for my unprofessionalism I'd love to see your list with reasoning at each pick

is this going to be a weekly thing? :goodposting: you missed the boat on a lot of RB's.Forte was MUCH better than Addai. FWP bested his TD totals from 2007, he's probably done scoring for the rest of the 2008 season :excited: How is Bush ranked ahead of Barber, Forte, C. Johnson?no Gore?
