Busch offered up specific examples of her returning from missions, sometimes with bruises.

"Once, he said, they were in El Paso, Texas, where Driscoll had left that night in camouflage and boots. She returned later to the hotel at which he was staying wearing a trench coat. Under it she was wearing an evening gown splattered with blood and other matter, Busch testified."

Those details add to a picture that was painted earlier, when Busch and others testified "that Driscoll claimed she was a trained assassin who had killed people, including drug lords," the AP reported Monday.

Need to hear a lot more about this - crazy ####. NFW - even if it were true, why the hell would he expose it?

ETA: yeah, yeah, I know about her lawsuit, but that money isn't worth anything when he is dead. Does he think he's too big a celebrity to not be "offed" himself?

Chick goes out for hours in an evening gown and trench coat. Comes home covered in blood and "other matter." Yea that's not an assassin. She's a whore. Only question is whether she got paid.

Busch said Tuesday that Driscoll had claimed that a female character in "Zero Dark Thirty," a film depicting the CIA's hunt for Osama bin Laden, was a composite of her and other women.

Last month, Michael Doncheff, who served as a personal assistant to Busch and Driscoll, said an ailing Driscoll told him in September that she had been picked up by a big man and slammed to the ground while helping round up immigrants at the Mexican border, a story Doncheff considered "far-fetched."

Doncheff said Driscoll also asserted that she was a trained assassin for the U.S. government and once told him, "I take down foreign governments. I own Washington."

During the hearing, which stretched over four days, neither Driscoll nor her attorney refuted the testimony.

In a telephone interview with The Associated Press late Tuesday, Driscoll dismissed Busch's assertions.

"These statements made about being a trained assassin, hired killer, are ludicrous and without basis and are an attempt to destroy my credibility," Driscoll said. "Not even Rusty Hardin believes this."

"I find it interesting that some of the outlandish claims come straight from a fictional movie script I've been working on for eight years," Driscoll added.

Maybe he has the intelligence of a real life Ricky Bobby and she was on a long :fishing: trip. He is basically so dumb that he believed she was going out and killing people, when she was really just having promiscuous sex while on her period.

I've been following this. So he dumps her, she is mad, is quoted saying she is going to get him back. I think he might believe sone of it but at this point he is not going to change his story to cause doubt.

Btw she is not hot

honestly I have no clue. I think she's just trying to ruin him. But they both sound nuts :shrug:

Kurt is an idiot, I'm sure there are tons of hot Hooters girls he could have, no need to be dipping into the female assassin pool. At least he has Rusty in his corner who is making sure this whole trial is getting lots of press, probably the only thing keeping him alive. Now, I'm sure female assassin sex is damn good but so is hot Hooters girl sex...you need to always factor in the risk/reward in these situations if you are rich and famous. I think the key to the whole trial is finding out what exactly was this other matter that was on the bloody dress.
