Ok - so I get the people are going to overreact to how various players performed over the weekend. Players who had a good day are now Pro Bowlers, and players who struggled should now be cut. I understand that. I know people have a need to rationalize why they won/lost a fake football game. Its a time honored tradition like no other.
What I am seeing more of today than I recall in the past is how Joe Schmoe, Monday Morning Fantasy Football Expert, has now become an expert at coaching real NFL teams. Countless comments on how so-and-so coach should never have benched my player, and how the coach should have called more passing/run plays for my guy, and how its obvious the NFL coach has no idea how to make my guy score more fantasy points - which, after all, is why the NFL exists.
So I salute you, Mr. middle-aged, overweight, never-played-football, future NFL coach/GM Guy. Keep fighting the good fight. You ARE a better coach than most NFL coaches, and your phone should be ringing off the hook today, as coaches around the NFL get their pink slips.
