NCAA Baseball Tournament - 2019 Edition (1 Viewer)

Auburn forgot you can tag a guy coming right at you and lost the game because of it. Maybe the third baseman couldn’t see because of all the camo on the field?

So this World Series thing is pretty fun. #HAIL
I went three times when it was at Rosenblatt.  Haven't been since it moved to the new stadium.  It was great at Rosenblatt because you parked in peoples yards, tailgated with them, and walked to the park.  It was a 1-1/2 inning walk to the car for two quick beers and back to the stadium.  Great times.  I am guessing that type of thing is missed at the new stadium.

Yea the new stadium is downtown. Its near a number of hotels and bars. And they serve beer in the stadium.

I was impressed with the stadium, overall. Very nice.

How difficult was it to get tickets?  Back in the day we had to go through ticketmaster and they limited how many tickets you could get.  We had a large group going (8-10 of us) from California so we wanted to make sure we had tickets before getting there.   It was always a pain to get them.  We would also buy the bleacher packs (10 tickets for $60) that could be used for any game but was on a first come first serve basis.  We would then trade those in for reserve seats once we got there (they credited you back the $60).  We always made due but it was a pain.  We usually went for the first 4-5 days where there were two games a day guaranteed.  Never stayed all the way through the final series because it just took too long.

Always a great time though.  Awesome atmosphere.  Something any baseball fan should put on their bucket list.

We got tickets through Michigan, so that part was pretty easy. And we got great seats.

For the Vanderbilt game on Saturday, we just bought tickets from a scalper. They were great seats but fairly expensive. But it was worth it because it was in the club level - in the shade and had the interior bar area. It was blazing hot.

Not sure about the bleacher seats. They were full for the games.

It was a blast. So many fans from all over the country - even ones who don't have a team playing. Agree about the atmosphere. Lots of fun. Very glad I went.

So glad that, after the game last night, my friends and I drunkenly booked flights back for Friday. Will just be going to the weekend games. Even if MI makes it to the finals next week, not going to be able to stay.

An amazing career for Mike Martin comes to an end as Texas Tech beats FSU.

Too bad he never won a National Championship but that's just bad luck. Awesome career.

Final series starts tonight. Hard to believe Michigan v Vanderbilt. Only scenario in which I'd root against the 'Dores. Go Blue!

The Big Ten had been a joke for decades, but I think programs like Michigan and Indiana are finally putting out pretty good teams.
