Yeah there's been an odd amount of venom about how bad they played. It's not like they're the only team that's #### the bed this week.
That was an epic ####ing though.  With under 3 left in the game they had 28 points.  Scored 10 in the final 2:30 and still had the lowest point output of the year in all of college basketball

Of course. But it's not like they threw the game or weren't trying or something. It's too bad Simmons won't be in the tourney, but just seems like a weird thing to be angry about.

Kansas #1 seed overall.  UNC will get a #1 seed winning the ACC regular season and tournament.  Michigan St is getting one as well assuming they don't blow this game.

Last one Oregon or Virginia?  Oregon with a ton of Top 100 wins.  UVA will five top 10 wins.  Both have a couple of bad losses.  I hope the committee puts them both out west instead of doing something stupid like sending one of them in the same region as Kansas as the #2.

St. Mary's going to get screwed again.  But suck ### Syracuse will get an invite. Makes sense.
Monmouth is the bubble team that deserves a bid.  Beat Notre Dame, USC twice, and Georgetown.  Lost to UCLA and Dayton by 3 each.

St Mary's has no OOC wins at all.  They have the two Gonzaga wins that's it.

ETA: But I think they get left out  :(

Oregon will be in the west, while I believe they should be the number 1 seed over Virginia it doesn't matter that much.  I agree that Virginia should be in the west as well.

They split with USC, lost the regular scheduled game then beat them in the 3rd place game of the Tourny that they beat Notre Dame and lost to Dayton in. They beat UCLA in Pauly Pavilion first game of the year.

ETA: In that USC lose, they were down one with 4 minutes to go. In the Dayton loss the had a 3 pointer rim out at the buzzer that would have sent it to OT.

The Canisus & Army losses were really bad though, Manhattan loss was also bad.

BracketMatrix this morning had Oregon as the 4th 1-seed, and moved West Virginia up to the last 2-seed, replacing Xavier.

Agree with the sentiment that the West should be Virginia/Oregon in whatever order.

I wonder if TSC will keep Xavier as a 2-seed to give Kansas a proper foil.  If OU and WVU are both 2-seeds, then KU is bracketed with a team they played twice, a team they played three times, or teams that were 1-seeds earlier this week.
Also curious about how the 4-seed line gets assigned.  Indiana and Purdue are both BMX 4-seeds that would have shorter travel to Chicago than the 1-seed.  Kentucky could get to play in Louisville as a 4-seed, or even a 3-seed.  Probably shouldn't get too excited this far forward, but I would love having TSTSNBN as the Chicago 4-seed.  Bring 'em on.
