I created a Contract League last yr, it was meant to be a dry run test for this year, but the owners asked for by-pass the Dry Run and we went right into Dynasty Mode. So Some updates to the rules are still being Worked over and Voted on.
The Fees are only $25 / Teams have Large Roster / 102 Mil Cap that increases by 5 Mil a yr.

Also Check the Homepage, there are a couple of threads about Updates to the Rules and a Vote on the League Scoring, I have proposed an Updated Scoring System to increase IDP Value.
Here are the teams that need owners / Note that the prices and Contract yrs are from Last yr, I don't Increase the Salaries until July
