Particulars -

• 12 teams - PPR-base / DST (no IDP) / H2H play.
  
• 25 games season (each team plays 1x Week 1 and 2x Weeks 2-13).
  
• Rosters = 15 players + 1 IR spot, with position limits (QB = 2min/3max; RB = 3/4; WR = 3/6; TE = 1/3; K/DST = 1/2).
  
• Lineup = 1QB; 2RB; 3WR; 1 TE; 1 Flex (RB/WR/ TE); 1K; 1DST
  
• Waivers = blind-bid (every team starts out w/$40 virtual bank. Min bid for waivers = $1.
  
• Waiver period = Tues - Fri. Unrestricted Waiver pickup lasts Fri night - Sunday kickoff).
  
• Unrestricted Waiver pickup costs $2 each (from virtual bank).
  
• 3 transactions / week limit (not counting trades). After team bank is empty, no more moves).
  
• Regular Season = 13 weeks  | Playoffs - Weeks 14 - 15.
  
• Champ Playoffs = Top 6 (3 Div. winners + 3 Wildcard) | Chump Playoffs = Bottom 6.
  
• Championship / "Chumpionship" - Week 16.
  
• League fee - $110 (+ LeagueSafe fees) 
  
• Payout - Champ Winner - $1000 / Champ loser - $220 / Chump Winner - $100
  
• Draft is Saturday, 8/28 at 8:30om Eastern (tentative)
