Thanks for the link. Looked at site extensively. Interesting rules - PS steals & Cap Penalty unless they die.....
Will get back to you early next week if spot still open. Have to determine other league status.
ETA: Sorry, I can not take the open team. My other league has resolved it's commissioner issue. I've been in it for 6 yrs. Did not want to bail if it was still intact, but was looking at this a "Plan B".
