Well-established league on RTSports - running since 2002. It seems as we get older, more responsibilities filter into our lives, and turnover is inevitable. As a result, I have 3 openings in my 12-team league. Here's what you need to know -
The league is H2H PPR (with slight modifications), with DST (no IDP).
We play 25 games (each team plays 1x Week 1 and 2x Weeks 2-13).
Rosters feature position minimums / maximums (QB 2/3; RB 3/4; WR 3/6; TE 1/3; K 1/2 DST 1/2). Roster = 16 (max IR = 1)
Lineup - 1QB; 2RB; 3WR; 1 TE; 1 Flex (RB, WR or TE); 1K; 1DST
Last year 6 teams made playoffs (3 Div winners + 3 Wildcards).
Waivers are blind-bid (every team starts out w/a $40 virtual bank. Minimum bid for waivers is $1. After team's bank is empty, they can make no more moves).
Waiver period is Tues - Fri. Unrestricted Waiver pickup lasts from Fri night - Sunday kickoff)
Unrestricted Waiver pickup costs $2 each (from virtual bank). UW pickup due to IR is $1.
Teams are limited to 3 transactions / week (not counting trades).
Playoffs - Weeks 14 & 15. Championship - Week 16.
League fee - $110 / Payout - Winner - $1000 / Champ loser - $200
I don't charge for RTS host fees. I take care of them myself. I'm not married to payout structure. Ideally, I'd like to charge $110per team and run 2 playoffs - 1 for top 6 and 1 for bottom 6. W/the winner of bottom 6 bracket would get their $$ back.
