Need 3 owners to take over teams in a dynasty league (1 Viewer)

We have openings in a dynasty league called World Battlegrounds. The site is at my fantasy league and were trying to get it full.
The World Battleground is made up of 32 owners wanting to achieve victory. The league is made up of two conferences ( USA / World ).
It has the makeup with USA vs. World in the championship ( it has one copy of players per conference). I'm just trying to help the commish fill the league , so we need 3 owners to fill the 3 open teams on the world side.
The league is IDP with salary and contracts , franchise and transition tags.
53 man rosters along with 8 taxi squad spots, 10 IR spots.
22 starters: 1 QB , 2-3 RB , 3-5 WR , 1-2 TE , 1 PK , 1 punter ( 11 offense / 11 defense ) 1-2 DT , 2-3 DE , 3-4 LB , 2-3 CB , 2-3 S
Cost is $55 a year and funds are held in leaguesafe.
