the teams that are out are:

1. Multiple Scoregasms

2. The Underdogs

3. Thundering Asses

4. Johnnies Bing Bings

5. Paydirt

some very good talent out there, but they had to leave for one reason or another which all seemed to happen in the same year. All these teams' rookie picks in addition to any other free agents would be included in dispersal draft. Your team would draft 34 times to allow for picks and then we would hold our rookie draft separately.

seems to be some question about dispersal draft- meaning we throw all the players from the open teams, any veteran free agents, and those team's rookie draft picks into a pool, draw a random draft order, then they have 34 selections. After that we'll host our rookie draft and then move into the season
