So due to picking last on a 14-team league, I ended up not focusing on landing a top defensive unit. I can pick up from waivers and I'm wondering which of the following defenses are bound to have a rebound?
1) New York Jets: With Eric Mangini at the helm and a talented crew, this is the one DST I'm looking at the closest. Plus their schedule is pretty soft.
2) Buffalo Bills: I got burned by these fools last year. Badly. Dare I do this to myself again?
3) Seattle Seahawks/San Diego Chargers: These are units tha will be solid if unimpressive (in Fantasyland of course. In the NFL they'll get the job and then some)
4) Green Bay Packers: The talent is pretty thin but they have some favorable matchups as well. If Jim Bates was still there I'd be more willing to give them shot.
Any ideas? Scoring: 6 pts for Def TD, 2 pts for INT, 1 pt for Sack, 2 pts for FBR, 10 pts for shutouts, 6 pts for 2-13 pts allowed, 4 pts for 14-20 pts allowed, 2 pts for 21-27 pts allowed, 0 pts for 28-35 pts allowed, -2 pts for 36-45 pts allowed, -5 pts for 46+ pts allowed
