I'd say it's between Mixon and Lockett.  Mixon is the safer play.  But if you need to swing for the fences then start Lockett.  He's been a # 1 WR all season and the word is he's fine and will play.

Man, I'm in the minority here, but I'd go Chark here. He's got a great matchup, and had instant chemistry with Foles.
