I have the 1.03 pick in the rookie draft of a PPR dynasty league and I have decided on drafting a WR. Watkins and Evans will be gone with the first two picks. I think the choice comes down to Cooks vs Matthews. I think Cooks will probably have a better year, but I just don't think he will ever be the top WR on his team. I think Matthews has all the tools to be the top WR as early as end of this season. It shouldn't take long to pass Cooper and Maclin is best as a WR2.
What are your thoughts? Am I missing something about Cooks? Again, I think he will be great, but Matthews ceiling is much higher in my opinion. However, I've read tons of experts who think Cooks has higher upside and athleticism.
