You have some good options. I'd start Mariota over Tyrod.

I think I'd start Fat Rob. I think they may lean heavily on him after Cousins crapped himself this past week. Definitely Rob in standard. T. Montgomery has a tough matchup, but Alshon is an intriguing option in what could be a sneaky shootout.

Seattle defense, playing for a playoff bye and going against Carson Palmer? Sign me up.
