Driving us nuts.

It's about a NY less-than-successful writer recently divorced or separated from his successful writer wife. He moves into a dumpy apartment and his son winds up staying with him and they bond. Decent movie, nothing great, just can't remember the name. Thinking it's Jeff Daniels and Jessie Eisenberg with a famous actress playing the mom. Don't find it in either of their imdb pages.

eta: thought maybe Greg Kinnear too.
