I would love to have input from this board on which teams help/hurt themselves the most this offseason in the following categories:
On the defensive line
Rushing the passer
Stopping the run
At linebacker
Rushing the passer
Stopping the run
Covering receivers out of the backfield
In the defensive backfield
Coverage at the CBs
Safety regarding pass coverage
Safety regarding helping with run defense
Just to clarify, I don't need all 32 teams ranked in each category (although that would rock)...just looking for the team that got better or worse in each category.
