Full point PPR league. Can keep 1 player. 

Ridley and lose a 3rd round pick or Swift and lose a 7th round pick?

Swift is better value as you are getting a 4/5th round pick in the 7th but Ridley is a 2nd rounder in the 3rd. But I'd go Ridley, he is a top-tier WR on a team with few other options. Swift is a third tier RB who you can replace easier.

Ridley. Swift has too many question marks at the moment.

In a keep one I keep the best player and although these guys are close the Swift injuries swing the pendulum to Ridley.  Ridley is the choice for me.
