Need Owner for Dynasty League (2 Viewers)

Looking for a new owner for a startup Dynasty League. It's a free league but we want active owners. The previous owner hasn't been active since joining, their draft was autopick and they haven't responded to any polls, trades, or messages. The team is actually pretty decent. Hey, I might be interested. I've been looking for a dynasty league to join. But have some questions...

1) What is the starting lineup and scoring?
2) IRs? Taxi?
3) League rules?
4) "Cost" of keeping players year to year?
5) How is the vibe of the league? Competitive but lighthearted? Fun? Active? Very serious? etc
7) What platform is it on (yahoo, espn, MFl, etc)?
8) Cost?
9) You said the draft already happened, but is there another draft or some other important live event that is happening, and when is it?

I guess I'm just looking for more info overall on the league as a whole. I've never been in a dynasty league but would love to be in one.

I apologize for all the questions. I just want to learn about a league before joining because it's something I commit to once I do.

PPR/No kicker/6pt TD for QB Pass the rest of the settings are pretty standard
no cost to keep players
1st year dynasty so everybody is new but so far its fun and active. There have already been a few trades.
Trades are not voted on by the league, they are just approved by the commish and they instantly get processed.
Sleeper platform and its completely free.
There is no other draft this year. The next draft will be next years rookie draft.
12 team league
6 playoff teams
Rolling waiver/Waivers 2am Wednesday
playoff start week 14 and 1 week per round
