Need replacement owners 12 team PPR/IDP Dynasty League (1 Viewer)

I commish 2 dynasty leagues. For some reason I've had owners not set lineups the past couple of weeks. No response has been received from them so I'm looking to replace them midseason. If you like the team/league, there are $10 dues to for next season to pay for MFL.
